Because it's so much more stimulating to work on new technologies, the projects we manage are oriented on the latest technologies.

When MonkeyPatch was created, our first aim was to be identified as an innovative tech company, so that we could work on projects using modern technology.

Today, the challenge has been met. Our customers call on us to contribute to innovative application development and to provide advice and technical expertise about cutting edge technologies.

Each Monkey helps our customers' teams to develop their skills.

Because we like seeing our people grow, we support any initiative that helps them to develop their expertise, by allocating a budget and time dedicated to technological watch.

We devote time to technology watch and we share our expertise. Each year, 17+ days are set aside, we call them “Monkey Days”. The Monkeys use these days to experiment with recent technologies and/or write technical articles (blog). They can also attend and/or lead hackathons or technical conferences (in Toulouse or abroad).

If a Monkey wants to experiment a technology that also interests his colleagues, he can invite them to try out the technology at a MonkeyTechDays event. A budget, "the Monkey Pack", is also made available to them each year. They can use it to finance either the purchase of the equipment of their choice, or their Monkey Days (costs associated with a conference or training course).

Giving Monkeys responsibility and freedom allows them to thrive and develop their passion.

Because we're betting on collective intelligence, we've opted for a horizontal organisation that puts our Monkeys at the very heart of our concerns.

We wanted to create an organisation with as few hierarchical links as possible. Here, everyone is at the same level and can get involved in the company life.

We want the company to remain on a human scale, i.e. with a maximum of 30 people.

We want each Monkey to be able to make suggestions and take part in the recruitment of future team members. Each Monkey can also participate in the company's investment decisions. After two years' service, each Monkey has the opportunity to become a partner and thus, take part in the company's board. They can then influence the company's strategic choices.

Guaranteeing our commitments and respecting everyone are the keys to our success.

Because working on specific customer issues is a very demanding job, we believe that all our Monkeys deserve human and financial recognition.

Every Monkey is valued for their hard work and commitment, both individually and as a team. We want to reward our entire team for this. Their remuneration includes a fixed salary and individual bonuses linked to their activities. Monkeys also benefit from luncheon vouchers and, above all, a very advantageous family health insurance scheme. In our company, salary is neither a taboo nor a secret. Everything is transparent, and the founders' salaries are known to the whole team.

We offer our Monkeys a different structure. Like freelancers, each Monkey knows the cost of their service and receives a good proportion of it.

We also offer equal pay for men and women.
